Does Osmo oil go yellow?
Once a wood has “aged” any oil will darken it’s colour/or send it “yellower” Teak oil in my opinion is too dark. Ok if it’s always been used on the car.
Does Osmo polyx oil darken wood?

Can you sand Osmo polyx?
Sand your piece up to 220 grit, making sure to raise the grain at 180. Add a thin coat of Polyx Oil with a cotton rag. Use some wet/dry sandpaper at 220 or 320 grit, and sand the Osmo into the wood. If the grain feels closed, sand back up to 220.
