Where are collecta toys made?
The products are made from replenish-able rubberwood forest timber in Indonesia. Papoose Toys comply with EN71 standards. They are designed in Australia and handmade by fair trade artisans in Nepal and Sri Lanka. Due to each piece being handmade of natural wood, felt and cotton, they will all be slightly different.

Are Papo and Schleich the same size?
Answer: Yes they fit. We replaced the horses that came with this stable with our own Schleich horses. The M&D horses are the same length as your standard Schleich, Collecta and Papo horses.
What are CollectA horses made of?

Each item page lists its size (as length x height). They pack way more detailing into this size sculpt than any other brand I’ve seen. CollectA’s Models are made of a high quality PVC plastic that’s a little more forgiving than other major brands.
Are Safari Ltd Toys toxic?
Our toys are safe! Our toys are non-toxic. We perform rigorous testing on our toys every year to ensure that they are free of harmful lead and other chemicals, including additives like phthalates and BPAs.
Are Schleich animals toxic?
We own a lot of Schleich animal figurines, because I assumed they would be safer than the cheap alternatives (it’s a German company and the animals are beautiful and high-quality, the paint never chips, and they don’t smell toxic).
What are Safari Ltd animals made of?
Many of our products are made from PVC (polyvinyl chloride), flexible TPE (thermoplastic elastomer), or ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene), a more rigid material. Safari Ltd toys do not contain latex.
What scale are CollectA horses?
CollectA horses come in three scales: Mini, Standard, and Deluxe. Mini Horses are in roughly a 1:64 scale, similar to Breyer’s Mini Whinnies, and are sold in sets.

Is CollectA the same as Schleich?
Well, talking about horses, the difference is the sculpting quality. Collecta is realistic, Schleich is childish and unrealistic. We buy Schleich animals only. I buy based on the animals pose (as I mainly use my animals as sketching models) however collectA are heavier and over all I find them a sturdier animal.

What’s new on the collecta models?
When re-working on the the CollectA models our wolves received a new colouring. So, we are presenting you with the new decoration of our two wolf figurines howling and hunting. This unique new addition is the King Crab. They are sometimes called “Monster Crab” simply because of their size.
Why is collecta releasing a boar to the farm?
To complement the sow announced earlier in the month, CollectA will release this handsome boar to accompany her in updating the CollectA Farm Range. The White Rhinoceros or square-lipped rhinoceros (Ceratotherium simum) is the largest extant species of rhinoceros. It has a wide mouth used for grazing and is the most social of all rhino species.
